Denmark: B2B e-commerce features 2022

A survey conducted in 2022 in Denmark revealed the most important features of B2B e-commerce websites for both sellers and buyers. B2B buyers valued online stores with an up-to-date inventory status (71 percent), easy reordering of orders (67 percent), and B2B specific payment options (66 percent). B2B sellers' top three features were B2B specific payment options (66 percent), fast reordering (59 percent), and same-day delivery (57 percent).
