U.S. physicians: work-life balance according to work schedule 2021

According to this 2021 survey, over 52 percent of surveyed doctors disagreed that their work schedule allowed work-life balance. That year, 21.3 percent of U.S. doctors strongly disagreed with having a work-life balance. On the other hand, 30 percent stated that they agreed with getting quality family time after work, of which 8.6 percent felt strongly about it.
