Number of samples from water production stations in Egypt 2021/2022, per governorate
In 2021/2022, Egypt had 2,945,884 water samples from water production stations submitted for inspection, of which 20,531 samples did not match, indicating a percentage of 0.7 percent. The water company of the governorates of Asyout and El Wadi El Gedid submitted the largest number of samples to inspection, with a score of 302,137 samples. The largest percentage of nonmatching samples was in the water company of Matrouh governorate, with a value of 3.12 percent.
