Share of households with a water purification system in Israel 2020 by sub-district
In 2020, over 50 percent of households in the Sharon subdistrict in Israel owned a water purification system. This subdistrict topped the list of households with this type of household appliance in the country. The Ramla subdistrict followed with 51.1 percent of households owning this appliance. At the bottom of the list was the subdistrict of Zefat, Kinneret & Golan, where only 19.5 percent of households owned one. Overall, just over 38 percent of all households in the country owned a water purification system in 2020.
