Average age of women at birth of first child in Portugal 2010-2022

In Portugal, during the considered period, the average age of women when giving birth to their first child increased at a practically regular pace. In 2010, 28.9 years was the average age of first-time mothers. By 2015, this value had risen to more than 30 years of age. In 2022, women giving birth to their first child were, on average, 30.8 years old.
