Asia: importance of increase in new customer numbers at small businesses 2023

According to a survey conducted in March 2023, for most small businesses in India, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, the increase of new customers numbers was very important. With 89 percent share of respondents answering that new customers acquisition was very important for their business, the Philippines placed the highest focus on this task. Only in India, two percent of the small business owners replied that increasing the number of new costumers was not important at all.
