Forecast: global public transport revenue per user

Public transport average revenue per user (ARPU) dropped by around a fifth between 2019 and 2020, largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ARPU began to increase again in the following years and is projected to stabilize at just under 65 U.S. dollars between 2023 and 2027.
