For operational technology (OT) professionals, the main benefit of implementing cyber security solutions was that they improved operational flexibility, as highlighted by 68 percent of respondents in 2023, against only 52 percent a year earlier. Improved operational efficiency constituted another key contribution offered by cyber security solutions to OT.
