In 2023, around 36 percent of respondents among IT security decision makers worldwide said that the main issue when using current authentication method was the difficulty to securely authenticate remote or offline workers. In addition, another 34 percent mentioned the complexity for their IT team to deploy and/or manage authentication methods, while 20 percent of respondents considered poor user experience as the main issue when using such methods.
