Most important criteria for Singles' Day shopping among Chinese consumers 2023
According to a 2023 survey conducted in China, around 83 percent of respondents said that they consider authenticity and trustworthiness one of the most important shopping criteria when buying on Singles' Day. Meanwhile, about three-quarters of respondents regarded service as their two major buying criteria for Singles' Day.
