Daily budget of long-haul travelers to Europe 2023

A December 2023 survey analyzed the expected daily budget of long-haul travelers in selected countries worldwide for their next trips to Europe. While 78 percent of respondents in China predicted spending more than 200 euros per day, just 20 percent of the sample in Canada said the same. Meanwhile, roughly a quarter of respondents in South Korea and the United States expected to spend less than 100 euros per day.

The estimated budget is per person per day and includes accommodation, food, and other activities but excludes flight tickets to Europe.
