ADR of hotels in MENA September 2022, by location

As of September 2022, the average daily rate (ADR) of hotels in the Middle East and North Africa did not exceed the maximum of 214 U.S. dollars held by Jeddah. Dubai had the second highest ADR with 175 dollars. Major capitals in the Gulf Cooperation Council, apart from Doha all recorded an ADR of above 100 dollars In Africa, Cairo and Giza were the only places to have an ADR of 124 dollars combined, with all other major north African cities falling below an ADR of 100 dollars.
