Governance, Sustainability and Resilience rankings of SOIs worldwide 2023, by region

As of 2023, Europe had the second-highest Governance, Sustainability, and Resilience (GSR) ranking, with a score of 72 percent. Oceania was the highest-ranking region overall, with a score of almost 80 percent. While Latin America received the lowest overall GSR score, its individual scores for resilience and governance were relatively strong. No region was considered to be low on the GSR ranking, as each region had an overall score above 33 percent.
