In 2023, the main purpose of legal professionals using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) worldwide was simply out of curiosity. Almost 36 percent of respondents stated this as their answer. The next most popular answer in the survey was producing non-legal text, with 21.1 percent of respondents who gave this as their reply.
