Attitudes toward air quality standards in the European Union 2022
Almost 70 percent of Europeans felt that EU air quality standards were not adequate and should be strengthened, according to a 2022 survey. Meanwhile, just under a quarter of respondents believed the current standards didn't need to be changed.
