Sweden: factors limiting construction 2024

In January 2024, over 63 percent of the surveyed construction companies in Sweden mentioned insufficient demand as one of the factors that were limiting their activities. Another disruptive factor for Swedish construction companies at that time was the financial constraints that they were facing, with 17.3 percent of respondents considering it a disruptive factor. At the same time, there was a relatively high share of companies that considered that there were no factors limiting their activities.
