In 2023, the top method used to attract and retain talent in the consulting sector in the United Kingdom was to offer a competitive salary. Almost 70 percent of respondents stated that this was the case. The second most popular method was to offer competitive bonuses and/or profit sharing. 38 percent of respondents stated this as their answer.
