This survey shows results of a survey regarding the public opinion on Democracy in Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia in 1991 and 2011. In 1991, 51 percent of russian respondents stated that one should rely on a democratic form of government in order to solve the country's problems. 2 decades later the percentage dropped to 32 percent.
