This statistic shows the 2021 ranking of the global top 10 biotech and pharmaceutical companies worldwide, based on revenue. The values are based on a 2021 equity screener database. U.S. pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson was ranked first, with a total revenue of approximately 91.5 billion U.S. dollars.
