This statistic shows the number of licensed heavy goods vehicles in Yorkshire and the Humber, Great Britain, from 1995 to 2017, in thousand vehicles. The number of vehicles remained about 40 thousand throughout the years from 1994 to 2003 after which it increased, peaking at 52 thousand vehicles in 2005. Since then, the number of registered vehicles started dropping and the decreasing trend only ended in 2012. In 2017 there were 49 thousand licensed HGVs in Yorkshire and The Humber.
