This statistic shows the number of Scottish candidates who were entered for Physics at Higher level from academic year 2008/09 to academic year 2017/18. As of 2018, the number of students taking Physics exams at Higher level amounted to 8,280. The decline in exam entries in 2015 is likely due to the overall decrease in the number of students taking Higher level exams in that year.
