New passenger cars registered in Poland 2019-2022, by car model
The Japanese car Toyota Corolla was Poland’s most popular car model in 2022. It was the only passenger car for which new registration figures exceeded 20 thousand units and was followed by another Toyota car model - Yaris. With five different models represented in the ranking of the 20 best selling cars, Toyota was one of the most popular automobile brands in Poland.

In the fourth quarter of 2021, the overall sales volume of new cars amounted to approximately 99.4 thousand, being the least profitable quarter that year. However, in 2021, a total of about 447 thousand passenger vehicles were registered, which is an increase of 4.3 percent compared to the previous year.

In 2021, the unquestionable leader in the passenger car market was Toyota. In the ranking of the three most popular passenger car models, which recorded the highest number of registrations in Poland in 2021, Toyota cars took two places on the podium, with Toyota Corolla being the most popular car model sold.
