ICT service imports to Germany 2010-2022

This graph illustrates the value of ICT services imported into Germany from the first quarter of 2010 to third quarter of 2022. In the third quarter of 2022, the import value of ICT services amounted to almost 12 billion euros. It was an increase of about 0.5 billion euros compared to the previous quarters.

According to the source, the figures provided by the German Federal Bank (Bundesbank) were generated according to new specifications in 2014. Retroactively adjusted figures are available from 2013 onwards. Because of this, a comparison to previous years is only possible from 2014 onwards.

For Q1 2020 to Q4 2020 the source makes the following note: “Due to privacy of certain information there are figures missing about computer software.” The values are therefore not easily comparable with those from the previous quarters.
