Italy: Trenord customer satisfaction by gender 2017

This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2017. The survey's aim was to find out the customer satisfaction with the services provided by the railway company Trenord in the Italian region of Lombardy, sorted by gender. According to the survey results, 88 percent of women and 84 percent of men were satisfied with the service offerings of the Italian company. When it comes to safety while travelling by train, only 69 percent of female respondents were satisfied with this aspect.
