
Customer satisfaction with customer service of Trenord in Italy 2016-2017, by aspect
This statistic gives information on the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2016 and 2017. The survey's aim was to find out whether customers were satisfied with the customer service of the Italian regional railway company Trenord, operating in Lombardy. As of the survey period, 75 percent of the interviewed customers declared to be satisfied with the customer support provided by the company via call center or through My-Link, an internet service thanks to which customers can follow their railway routes in real time.
