The survey's aim was to find out whether customers were satisfied with the pieces of travel information provided by the Italian regional railway company Trenord, operating in Lombardy. A glance at the graph reveals that a large proportion of customers (over 90 percent) were satisfied with the details the company provided in order to plan a journey in advance.
