Share of B2C customers complaining to mobile operators in Finland 2019

According to the survey results from 2019, 14 percent of the Finnish consumer customers had complained about their mobile subscription. In 2019, 81 percent of respondents in Finland did not have any reason to complain. Meanwhile, four percent said that they had a reason but did not make a complaint to their service provider.
