Residential property planning applications granted in England 2004-2019, by type
This statistic show the percentage of major and minor residential planning application decisions granted in England from 2005/2006 to 2018/2019. The highest percentage of granted residential property decisions (for major developments) was in 2012/2013, 2013/2014 and 2018/2019, with 82 percent in both years. Similarly the highest percentage of minor dwelling applications granted was in 2013/2014 with 76 percent. Overall the percentage of planning applications granted rose during the time period under observation.
