The prospects of investment and development in retirement properties in the real estate market in Europe have generally fluctuated between 2018 and 2024. For both investment (4.13) and development (4) of retirement properties in Europe for 2024, the outlook according to industry experts looked slightly less favorable than the previous year. According to the survey respondents, the sectors with best prospects on the real estate market for 2024 were new energy infrastructure, healthcare, and data centers.
