Commercial construction initiated in Colombia

Between 2020 and 2021, the area of initiated commercial construction projects in Colombia increased by over one million square meters. In the latter year, the area for this type of construction project reached 3.29 million square meters, higher than in 2020, but still lower than the peak reached in 2016 at 5.74 million square meters.
