
Italy: share of clients contacted by their insurance company or intermediary 2016
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy among insurance companies' clients as of 2016. During the survey customers were about the frequency with which they were contacted by their respective insurance company or insurance intermediary. As of the survey period, 30 percent of respondents stated they used to be contacted twice a year, whereas 22 percent of them were contacted more than twice a year. Moreover, clients claimed that the reason why the insurance agents were getting in touch with them was due to the imminent deadline for their policy.
