Total number of trade union members in the Netherlands 2017, by organization
As of 2017, a majority of the the trade union members, roughly one million, were a member of FNV, making the FNV by far the largest trade union in the Netherlands. Of the three trade unions considered here, the membership numbers of the VCP were lowest in 2017, at just over 150 thousand members in total.
