Italy: percentage change of public funds allocated for the NHS 2002-2018 This statistic shows the percentage variation of the value of public funds allocated for the National Health Service in Italy from 2002 to 2018. According to data, the most significant growth of the healthcare funds took place between 2004 and 2005, when their value raised by 13.1 percent. From 2007 to 2013 instead, the incremental growth experienced a decreasing trend, which culminated in 2013, when the value of funds allocated for the NHS decreased by 0.8 percent as compared to the previous year. Between 2017 and 2018, the level of public sources addressed to the NHS increased by 0.7 percent.
