Share of vacant office real estate in different Ile-de France markets 2021-2022
The vacancy rate of office properties in Ile-de-France was the lowest in the Paris Central Business District (CBD)as of the first quarter of 2022. Approximately three percent of office space in Paris CBD was vacant in this period, compared to 4.7 percent in the Eastern Inner Rim and the Paris outside CBD area.
