The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted from October to November 2017 about the value of individuality for employees in the Asia Pacific region. The respondents should state whether or not they agree that there is a desire to be treated individually, rather than uniformly with other team members. During the period examined, 59 percent of respondents from India agreed that jobseekers searched for a role where they would be treated as an individual. 57 percent of respondents from Thailand and 56 percent of respondents from Indonesia shared the same opinion.
