Slovakian presidential election results 2019
This statistic depicts the results of the presidential elections in Slovakia, the first round held on March 16 and the second round held on March 30, 2019. The winner was Zuzana Čaputová of the Progressive Slovakia party with 58.4 percent of the votes in the final round. Her main competitor Maroš Šefčovič, the European Commissioner for the Energy Union, obtained 41.59 percent of the votes. Čaputová is the first female and the youngest president in Slovakia's history.
