Summary of Findings

This survey was published by the National Sleep Foundation in 2014, and has been conducted by the GfK Group in December 2013. It includes a lot of information on the sleeping behavior of U.S. Americans. Sleep and health are connected with several subtopics like mood, exercise activities, body mass index, food consumption, alcohol and tobacco usage etc. A special focus in this edition is given on the topic "Sleep In The Modern Family".
