The population of Bosnia and Herzegovina grew at quite a steady rate between 1950 and 1990, and the difference in the number of men and decreased from around 90,000 to 40,000 throughout this time. In the past seventy years, there has consistently been more females than males in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both populations decreased throughout the 1990s and 2010s, and plateaued in the 2000s; during this time the difference in the number of men and women has consistently been between sixty and ninety thousand people, from a
