The House Price Index (HPI) for existing dwellings in Italy decreased between 2010 and 2022. The highest value was registered in 2011, when the HPI was equal to 127.3. In 2022, the HPI for existing dwellings stood at 105.1 points. Across different regions, Trentino South-Tyrol had the most expensive house prices.
