In 2019, Milan was the Italian city which experienced the highest growth in the price of office spaces: the average price increased by nearly three percent. According to the ranking, many Italian cities experienced a decrease in prices in the office real estate sector. For example, office prices in Rome decreased by 4.4 percent compared to the previous year. Similarly, in 2019, offices in Florence were on average four percent cheaper than in 2018.
