In 2019, members' fees represented the main source of revenues for the Italian Basketball Federation. According to the budget report, members' fees of the core and local activity generated together revenues for roughly 30 million euros. Moreover, the public funding from Sport e Salute, a public society managed by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, amounted to approximately 10 million euros in 2019.
