Best results obtained by the junior women's national basketball teams in Italy 2020
As of April 2020, the junior women's national basketball team in Italy won the European Championship for Junior Women once. As of the survey period, the team also ranked third three times in the competition. Furthermore, the U16 women's national team won the U16 European Championship Women once, also recording two second places and three third places as of April 2020.
