In 2018, 70 percent of the Italian large and medium-sized companies interviewed by Osservatori Digital Innovation had implemented artificial intelligence (AI) projects. Recommendations from colleagues, networking, and seeing other companies adopt AI solutions were the most common ways in which enterprises came across the opportunities offered by the AI.
