Brazil: opinion on indigenous lands in the Amazon 2019

A survey conducted in August 2019 revealed that the majority of Brazilians disagreed with reducing the quantity of land allocated to indigenous people in the Amazon. When presented with the statement 'The government should reduce the areas allocated to indigenous reserves', more than half of respondents strongly disagreed, whereas only 20 percent were very much in favor.
