D&O insurance carriers' view on awareness of risk globally 2017-2020

According to a 2020 survey, the vast majority of director and officers (D&O) insurance underwriters do not believe that companies are as aware as they should be about the risk and cost of D&O litigation, with 83 percent of respondents expressing this concern. This is significantly higher than the 68 percent of respondents who answered this way in the 2017 survey.
