Delivery speed satisfaction among online shoppers in Sweden 2019

As of the second quarter of 2019, there appeared to be some mismatches between Swedish online shoppers' expectations of delivery speed and the delivery service they received in reality. Seven percent of the respondents stated to have expected their delivery within the same day, whereas one percent of them actually received it at the expected time.
