Brazil: natural gas production 2014-2019, by location
In Brazil, natural gas production is concentrated mainly offshore. In 2019, more than 36.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas were produced offshore, accounting for over 81 percent of the South American country's output. That same year, onshore production added up to 8.3 billion cubic meters.
