Readiness for changes to improve life quality in Russia in 2019

While nearly 60 percent of Russians considered that significant changes were needed in their country, the society was rather reluctant to undertake changes in their own lives to improve life quality, as survey results showed in 2019. For example, 90 percent of respondents were rather or definitely not ready to pay higher utility fees for the sake of improving quality of life. However, nearly one half of Russians were ready to change their profession for this purpose.
