Online and offline orders share in Ukrainian food delivery market 2018
The share of online orders on the food delivery market in Ukraine steadily increased over the observed period, reaching 47 percent in 2018 compared to eight percent recorded in 2011. Offline orders, made by calling a restaurant or getting a takeaway, saw a consequent decrease in their market share. According to the forecast, 58 percent of food orders across the country would be made via the internet by 2020.
