Russia's E-Government Development Index (EDGI) saw a sharp increase by approximately 0.23 points between 2010 and 2012, showing a significant potential for online communication between authorities and citizens. In 2018, reached 0,7969 index points. The EGDI is based on three components: online services, telecommunication infrastructure, and human capital.
